Homecomings Financial Campaign
the assignment Seeking a way to promote its full suite of mortgage lending offerings, including subprime mortgages, Homecomings Financial needed a way to break out of the pack. The Perfect Sub campaign delivered the goods, both figuratively and literally.
Sales people invited prospects to a lunch meeting via e-mail and phone, then arrived with a six-foot party sub, balloons, and themed materials to support the message of a "full menu" of products. The campaign was supported with themed brochures, ceiling signs for broker offices, and email messages and surveys.
